Wild Fairy Costume 2022

I created this to wear to a party and to the Sarasota Medieval Fair in October 2022

I created this Costume for Ingrid Jacobus in October, it was fashioned and inspired by Salvador Dali's painting "Woman With a Head of Roses" oil on canvas, 1935

2022 for another Suenos event she attended. The entire costume is fashioned from gloves after Salvador Dali's 1935 painting "Woman With A Head of Roses.

Necktie Fashion

I've been working with neckties this year.  I embellished the dress for Ingrid Jacobus to wear to  a fundraiser party. I also made her a matched necktie clutch handbag and a wristlet cuff.
The sporty mustard colored pants and top embellished with neckties are for me to wear for Halloween. This is a series and there will be other creations for the Christmas holidays and perhaps additional beyond that. Its a fresh and unique look!

I have long been interested in and have sought out many unusual mail boxes. I've seen all kinds. But in 2020 I found this Hoi Toi Happy Buddha statue at Art Stone Statuary on Tyrone Blvd. in St. Petersburg, FL and then came up with a way to convert it into my new mailbox support. Dave at Art Stone was the master conversion craftsman. Thanks Dave!!

In 2020 I resourced a colorfast UV protected material that is more fade resistant. And I made mobiles that are for purchase locally at Art Stone Statuary on Tyrone Blvd. in St. Petersburg, FL. I also custom create them, upon request. Two versions: tapered and full.  They both look great, either way the wind blows! Mine free-hangs from a tree limb. Mobiles are lightweight, weather and water proof and are hung from a chain using an "S" hook that is included. They are easily removable but mine stays outside year around. The strands dry quickly after rain and separate on their own. Since I live in Florida, I can't say how the mobile performs in snow or ice. Might want to bring it in and re-hang it in the Springtime. EZ storage.

I did another stuffed glass head in 2020 for a birthday gift.

It is stuffed with collectible McDonald's, Burger King and Wendy's Happy Meal Toys and a few other small momentos.

If you look closely you may spot Care Bears, Hamburgler, Miss Piggy, Cabbage Patch Kids, Kermit, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck in a transformer, My Little Pony, Goofy, Smurfs, 101 Dalmations and Fred Flintsone just to name a few. Anything that will fit through the 2 1/2 - 3" opening can go inside one of these heads to make a fabulous keepsake and conversation piece.

I produced the spoon dress in 2019 for Ingrid Jacobus.
It is entirely made from silver plastic spoons and isn't anywhere nearly as heavy as it appears.
I have included close-ups of the epaulette and the rose on the bustle.
The bottom of the bustle swings as you move in the outfit.
